What is this ?

This is a transformation program in which I work closely with you over a longer period of time (which is generally in the range of 4 to 6 months. The program works mainly through 1-on-1 healing sessions combined with powerful meditative practices. This combination is very powerful as the two support each other. The meditative practices create a container to process, integrate and heal the emotions and energy released from the healing sessions. Also the healing sessions make the practices more profound and vice-versa.

With a powerful combination of Healing Sessions, Breath-work, active meditations and other techniques we will help release the stuck emotions and stagnant energy in the body which also cause the feeling of stuckness in life. The reason we feel that we are unable to change is not because we don’t have the will power. It is because we need to cure the very root cause of the issue which is stopping us to move forward in life. In many cases the causes include deep trauma or suffering that happened in our childhood years that have trained us to behave in a certain way in life. This behavior can be changed by healing the old wound or trauma which we will be doing in this program. Not only this but we will also be working on opening the Energy system across all the Chakras of the body. In other words this will help bring joy, confidence and lightness in all aspects of your life including feeling safer, feeling more confident, feeling more connected with your inner truth, feeling more alive, feeling happy to be alive !

About the Program

I start with Complete Assessment before I make a make a specific Program for you. Assessment includes among other things – Breathing, Emotions, Physical Problems, Physical Activity, Weight, Addictions, Diet, Lifestyle, Energy (low/ high), Major Current Life Issues, Major Past Issues which are still emotionally challenging

You will have a Daily Schedule of Practices and Self- Work
I will track your progress on a weekly basis
I will be there to Support you to help you along in your journey especially when things feel more difficult !

Weekly One On One guided workshop where I teach you different techniques and guide you while we do them together (online live or recorded sessions as discussed)


Weekly One on One Energy Healing Sessions – Deep Body-Mind Therapy – This healing technique is really powerful as it uncovers the reasons and thoughts in our mind which direct and control our lives but are hidden to our Conscious mind.
